Over the weekend I had the time to read Bill Gates' tribute to his longtime friend and partner Paul Allen and wanted to share his simple statement of a worthy mission.  

Increasing income inequality is unquestionably a socially, economically and politically corrosive condition.  Good stewardship of those pools of capital may yet redeem us.
