The Gen Z and Millenials' money dysphoria epidemic
According to Inc.com, almost half of younger generations suffer from money dysphoria.
"You may have heard of body dysmorphia, which refers to a person having a distorted and overly negative view of their body. Maybe you've even come across the term productivity dysmorphia, which is not feeling productive enough no matter how hard you hustle.
But according to recent surveys, another type of dysmorphia is plaguing young people --money dysmorphia, or the feeling that you're never doing well enough financially no matter how much you save or earn.
A recent CreditKarma poll found that 29 percent of all Americans say they experience money dysmorphia, while 43 percent of Gen Z and 41 percent of Millennials say they feel continually behind financially."

Treat yourself to a healthy dose of basic financial planning, focus on your personal goals, and it will be easier to see and feel good about your progress.
